The IT volunteer group was all about their craft, explicitly trying to come up with a statistically “fair” map generator. If effect, it would be peer-reviewed.

We can always opt for the Skynet/Titan solution.

I’ve watched enough SciFi over the years to know that is always the worst possible choice.
