Only to a horse person. It’s like when car buffs or gun collectors watch a movie and groan because something is clearly not accurate. Horse people do that too. Like, you watch an old Western supposedly set in the late 1800s and think, well that bit or saddle wasn’t made before 1940. Yeah, you notice those things.

i’ve owned my share of horses.
and yes - i do that with any movie that has motorcycles, scuba diving, small planes, the occasional fencing scene, accounting or taxes, etc.

i was being facetious, as we totally lose focus on the baseball team
and even as a fantasy, the movie got a lot of baseball wrong
