As for relevance: We’re discussing this as sort of the “wreckage” of the birther movement. Fully acknowledging that Obama was definitively born in Hawaii and has a Hawaii birth certificate, I’m speculating about the one remaining unanswered question: Why Obama hasn’t released it (granting that it exists).
