Jesus was a dying/rising savior god who in original “Christian” theology never came to Earth…in fact his being born a human being would have defeated his purpose, his death and resurrection would no longer have salvific properties. According to Paul Jesus was crucified by the archons, the demon spirits of the lower heavens, not by the Romans. There is no Cross, no nails, no spear, no cup, no shroud, no tomb.

Uhm, no. There was always a certain aspect of the whole incarnation as far back as you can go. It may well still be as mythical as Shiva’s incarnation and/or avatars but he was still seen as having walked as a human upon earth. There are a huge fucking library of arguments over just what that means in the early Christian literature.

Disclosure: I have a personal set of beliefs and most of them are based on a belief in God, Jesus as at least a human messiah but not necessarily in an afterlife. Take my religious pondering as you will.
