I have not seen or heard of impossible meat here in Germany, although I actually prefer veggie burgers unless they are coming off the barbecue grill.

I’ve never heard of them here in Czech Republic, though I’d imagine it’d go over like a turd in the punchbowl. Czechs are serious carnivores, though there are vegetarians/vegans here. We do have a vegan restaurant here in Ostrava - it’s run by the local branch of the Hare Krishnas. It’s not bad at all and during lunch, it’s often crowded, mostly because they run an almost unbeatable lunch special deal.
