Then you know what I’m talking about? It goes back maybe jfc…25 years? Back when cigarettes in South Carolina were 75 cents or less a pack. Native Americans had tax breaks for cigarettes and a very lucrative market opened up.
Down Alexandria Bay area was hot for a bit, 1000 Islands and all the hiding spots.
