I don’t get the whole rehabilitation thing… we have a 3 strikes law in CA. What, you want to try to rehabilitate them after 3 felonies? Puhleeze.

Gosh… I’ve managed to get through my life without 1 felony… but that’s just me.

3 strikes laws have gotten witnesses killed you shortsighted idiot. The third strike doesn’t have to be violent, but it ramps up the chance of violence and resistance. It costs society and endangers officers all to feed your sense of superiority.
