A Georgia Republican is threatening to not vote for Donald Trump

“I have the right to vote for a write-in candidate in the electoral college,” Baoky Vu, an elector, told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution Wednesday.

Georgia is one of 21 states that do not require its electors to follow the results of its popular vote, according to the paper.
