My name is Marcia “Cia” Price and I represent the 95th District in the Virginia House of Delegates. For the last decade, I have been fighting for social justice, equality and fairness in our great Commonwealth.

This year, I am going to be fighting for Ralph Northam as the Chair of his campaign for Governor.

During last year’s Democratic primary, I was the only member of the Virginia General Assembly to endorse Sen. Bernie Sanders for President. I am proud to support Ralph because he will fight for the same people as Bernie—our youth, marginalized communities, and the middle class.

Why? He has done it before. From working to get quality, accessible and affordable healthcare for all women to expanding pre-K programs for families throughout the Commonwealth, Ralph has been a leader on the issues that matter most to our communities. He is working to make our communities safer, education more affordable, and good jobs more attainable. Further, Ralph Northam is the only candidate in this race who has from the beginning stood up to the NRA. He has remained steadfast and unwavering under pressure, while actively fighting for us. That is how I know he always will have our back.

Ralph has spent his entire career fighting for progressive causes—and he will continue doing that as Governor. I am proud to help lead a campaign that wants to build a Commonwealth that works for everyone—no matter who they are, no matter where they live, no matter who they love.
