I just feel like we should be accurate about exactly what it is you said last night that made people go o.O, notably that regular citizens wearing bright colors was suspect. Mind you, nobody actually downdinged you for that, merely expressed disagreement/disbelief, for which you provided sources for LA stories but didn’t provide any evidence that this was an issue outside of LA.

The police said this was a suspect, I was just looking at it for what could be information about them. And the gang colors stood out since I have had friends caught up in gang conflicts in the past. And reading about Dallas having according to some experts some of the worst gangs in the country. I think a lot of people are not familiar with gangs and are shocked to hear you can still be killed for wearing certain colors, and it isn’t only “ghetto dwellers” that are involved in gangs. I posted a lot of links to back up my comments as well. But it is what it is. A lot of people were emotional about the subject of the shootings and jumped on me more because of that.
