It is among those who are not Fox News Drones or Birchers. They just keep drinkin’ the kool-aid and blindly spouting the mantras —freedom, patriotism, the Communists are coming.

They will do so regardless - but that still puts them in a minority among Americans, who now even more overwhelmingly support tighter gun contol legislation.

But the NRA’s strngth lay in its ability to bully politicians into supporting them actively or tacitly.

And that seems to be diminshing.
