There’s a bunch of folks here who went to law school and practiced, and I can tell you straight up that no one that green out of law school would feel prepared to be appointed to a lifetime post like a federal judge.

There’s a reason that the ABA found this nutjob to be unqualified. He lacks the requisite knowledge/understanding to make reasoned decisions.

He hasn’t been practicing long enough to know the basics.

A good analogy is that you’ve just handed the keys of a SR-71 to a guy whose only flight experience is a flight sim (on a C64) and flying coach.
