If I were a totally soulless GOP bastard, I could see Trump, Pence, and the CBP thinking this is a PR winner: imprison people in these camps worse than cattle, create the right conditions for squalor and disease in them, then turn around and blame the poor bastards in the cages for “bringing in” their own conditions.
