Agreed on all counts. Brooks can play dumb games and win prizes. Maybe then his constituents will see why people like him don’t belong in Congress.

Sorry, but [pre-emptive apologies to Decatur Deb, any other Alabamian Lizards, any Alabamians who vote with their forebrains, etc.] Rep. Brooks is a typical Southern Republican - from Alabama. It’s far more probable his constituents will gleefully cheer on his quixotic program, and admire him all the more for “fighting” what they will likely see as an enormous injustice….
