To be honest I hope they do rule that way and States start pulling funding from all private schools. Those (in my case, property) tax dollars should be used for PUBLIC schools as intended. If mommy and daddy want to send their little jewels to a private school, then the should pay for it out their own pocket, not the Communities as a whole.
