I am glad Scalia said what he did because it needs to be pointed out that nearly every Republican presidential candidate seems to see this guy as what a Supreme Court justice should be. Honestly, while he’s obviously learned in the law, I wouldn’t even want Scalia to be a trial judge. His agenda and biases are that bad.
