I will point out that even for private sales, the car registration has to be changed. With the state. And if you don’t have a license, you cannot drive it legally. And that license can be revoked due to medical conditions. Also, in most places you are obligated to carry insurance for said vehicle in case of accident.

In short, we regulate cars more than we regulate guns, and cars have an actual useful purpose. They even can serve as stand-in props for masculinity and/or penis extensions! And the world hasn’t collapsed because they are regulated!

You will not get any argument with me over this.
