That’s the problem. Too goddamn many Republicans in the US, and even if Trump gets the boot this year, they may still fuck everything up.

Trump’s 2016 campaign was basically “what do you have to lose?” After almost 4 years, we have all seen what we had to lose. Which is why it is looking more and more like Biden is going to trounce Trump come November.

I will remain cautiously optimistic about the Never Trump types, that they will continue to scorn the likes of McConnell and Cruz and Rubio and Cotton and Jordan and Gohmert. But we will have to wait and see what happens in 2022 and 2024.
