No shit. This is what Pams friends over at the EDL long for. A reason to strike out at Muslims. Then again, I think Pam and Robert wants the same thing to happen here as well

In regards to “but it wasn’t “Islamic” in any way”; Well, yes and no. I agreed that local Muslim communities should not be held collectively responsible but the same people will tell you that Islam is not a monolithic block, it’s a diverse religion. Unfortunately, today’s attack was “Islamic” and I’m sure there are people out there that are happy about it and think it’s a religious duty. Bin Laden was a Muslim and his actions were sanctioned by some religious scholars. It is what it is.
