Can already guess how the address will go: Start with boasting yet again about how “awesome” his win was, move on to blaming Obama for the war that Bush started and then totally fucked up, then promise that he’s got the “best people” working to bring the war to an end, and finish by setting a goal he knows he can’t accomplish and will later insist he never expected to meet.
