This is actually fraud by businesses outside of the US because they get their clients to lie about their reasons for visiting here. I don’t know what the US can do about it though.

Yes, it is fraud, but I’m not sure what you are arguing here. I don’t support it. If the companies can be shut down, that would be fine with me.
I am concerned that it might be used as an excuse to narrow birthright citizenship.
