Yeah, nuclear war… won’t be pretty.

I just get the feeling that Biden is trying to be what a young Lincoln was.

Lincoln knew slavery was wrong but he wasn’t going to try and outlaw it across the nation.

Only when there simply wasn’t any other option did Lincoln go for the Emancipation Proclamation.

Biden thinks he can good-ol-boy the Senate into an agreement that won’t make the Senate go nuclear (in this case that’s a metaphor.)
