There’s a good chance Quinn will lose, I’d say. He’s flummoxed from crisis to crisis and he’s not very popular. Illinois is in a bad way and Quinn is not the man to lead it to better places. Republicans need to make that case then explain why their man is better. Done right, they should have a good chance.

Fortunately, they’re more likely to offer a new definition of rape and call for the elimination of the minimum wage.
