It is a detention facility which means that, YES, it will have a barber area to cut peoples hair, they all do. But calling it a beauty parlor or even a hair salon is just a baldfaced lie.

*Edit: My San Antonio does say hair salon in the first paragraph, sorry, I missed it while searching farther down the article where all the other descriptive stuff about the facility is. I’ll bet good money that it is nothing more than a good old fashioned womens prison barber shop though.
