Just curious, could you detail what the typical treatment for something like that might be?

If the injury is not severe and vision is not compromised, it requires application of cold packs to eye for 48hours, oral antibiotics and ophthalmology referral within a week. If there is any evidence of muscle entrapment or disruption of orbit, then they need to be seen my ophthalmology in 24 hours.
