It’s difficult to explain. It seems the push for things like the F-35 and F-22 are being made at Higher Levels not aware of how things will end up working in reality, along failing to learn from history, and not repeat it.

We should be skilled enough to at least make a showing in the Competition, so there is some problem going on.
