Amazing. One has to wonder what level of play this proposed law is supposed to apply to? High School? College? (I’m guessing the former, since “parents”)
I can’t fathom why any parent would want to have anything less than the maximum level of medical attention for their kids available at any sports event: particularly football, where the prospect of concussion (or other serious injury) is a real and present danger, but then again, it’s:
