Halifax, Nova Scotia? Would love to go there since I’ve never been to any of the provinces beyond Ontario (grew up there) and Quebec.

It’s absolutely beautiful here. We rented an apartment right on the Narrows in Halifax Harbor. The Seaport and tourist area is literally at our front door.

On Tuesday we rented a car and drove out to the Bay of Fundy and spent the day driving through the countryside. Lots of forest, lots of lakes. We ended up in Lunenburg, a beautiful little fishing town with an amazing historic area where we avoided the eclipse.

I’d come back here in a minute. It was a fantastic vacation.
