Even if wealth is too concentrated (and I’m not saying it is), government redistribution and additional controls are not the answer. The answer is to allow people to innovate and invest more easily, not stifle both under a mountain of regulation.

it wouldn’t hurt for the gummint to get the ball rolling by hiring a couple million people, and it wouldn’t hurt to see to it that nobody starves to death in the meantime, while we’re waiting for the “job creators” to get off their duffs and do something already

the point of progressivism isn’t to “redistribute wealth” for the sake of it, or to stifle business under a mountain of regulation, it’s to stop people and entities from cheating, hurting, and exploiting people, and to work together to build a better life for us all
