Yeah! I felt that when I first lost weight. But I realized my long term health was better off. I have had a bit to drink tonight but I haven’t been mixing so that’s good. I’m hoping that 2017 can be a good year politics be damned.

Oh, don’t get me wrong. My tolerance was …..way higher than it should have been. A reset down is good and I’m overall happy with it, or will be more so once I’ve figured out where the limits are.

The relearning process has just been painful. Literally.
