I’m not fond of its ambiguity, but at a more basic level I don’t think an absolute right to gun ownership makes sense. Having it as an enumerated right in the constitution is going to make it very close to absolute in practice.

THe right to use any weapon to defend oneself, and others (including some property) from emminent danger is what is not specifically worded in the Constitution. THe 2nd Amendment and the recent SCOTUS decision is the best we have.

Let’s not mess with it right now.
