Swimming is the only cardio I can really tolerate. Otherwise it’s weight lifting of various sorts.
What cardio I can stand turns out to revolve around how fast the scenery changes.
- Cycling, particularly road cycling, is perfect.
- Running, a bit too slow.
- Walking, too slow.
- Swimming? Does the scenery even change?
This is why I love a 3 hour road bike ride but after 10 minutes on the rollers I lose focus and I’m about ready to quit.
