The USCG doesn’t have F-35s or the budget to order more ships. Trump’s budget proposal cut the USCG budget by $1 billion or more, which is like a 10% cut.

Trump literally thinks these are invisible planes. He doesn’t have a clue what the Navy guys are talking about.
