re: #258 Quoth the raven, Covfefe.
I competed when I was a teenager, got out of serious competition my senior year in high school. Even being a hot shot 17-year-old who was placing in the top third in most of the races I competed in (I trained with Tommy Moe and Daron Rahlves, I had a French coach from Chamonix take me under his wing when I was 14) I knew I wasn’t as good as your Lindsey Vonns and Ted Ligetys of today. And the racing life started to make skiing less fun for me, and I could never abide by that because since I was a little kid I’ve know skiing as one of the funnest fucking things ever.
