The little bubble fin near the tail means it’s a wild salmon. Fishery salmon have that removed so they can track the fish - my brother’s salmon - about 15 lbs - had that removed and so when we came back to the docs two lovely young women from the dept of fisheries took it’s head (they have rfid chips so they can log where they were spawned, when, and where/when they were caught).
