Yep. They’ve done such a great job objecting to and obstructing the Kenyan Muslim President that they’ve completely forgotten how to govern. Then they have a Liar-in-Chief who wants to play golf and is whining about how being President is harder than he expected.

They didn’t forget how to govern. They never knew how to govern. The GOP honestly hasn’t ably governed on a national level since H.W. Bush.
