mandate or no, he has the white house and majorities in both houses of congress. If only republicans would just get out of his way and stop obstructing him, I’m sure there’s no limit to the great good things he could bring to pass.

Like Tinkerbell, though, everyone has to believe in what he’s proposing, or it’s unfair.
