You might have had some legitimate critique- until you wrapped yourself around the Rand/Ron Paul thing because that isn’t really a right or left issue. Those are matters of right and wrong. Those are matters about how we define our nation and who we are as a nation.

Neither Rand or Ron Paul add to the luster of the American political scene. There is something fundamentally wrong when legions of bigots and racists align themselves with phony ‘libertarians’- and those candidates say and do nothing about it.

We can argue over the Arizona immigration bill and we can argue over drilling for oil, but when you make Rand/Ron Paul moral equivalents you speak volumes about who you really are and what you believe.
