I bought a 1T Seagate Backup Plus yesterday. I plugged it in (MacBook Pro) and it says “The disk you inserted was not readable by this computer.” Anybody out there than can help out a fellow Lizard get this thing operational?

Go to Disk Utility, Did you format it yet in “Mac OS Extended”?
