That would be wise. Let Hezbollah fight another terrorist group and wear them down a few notches. I bet Israel will enjoy watching that too. The bad part is if they feel like they are losing they would try to bring Israel in to the fight.

They could draw in Israel or they could reignite a Lebanese civil war again. As a proxy for Iran they are poised to cause as much chaos as possible if the need arises.
