It really sickens me when we find whitetail deer carcasses just dumped on the roadside and the only thing missing is the tenderloins.
I hate to broadbrush, but it’s damned city hunters. Locals use every part of the deer.

That’s kind of fucked up because once you’ve gotten to the tenderloins out you’re like more than 85% done with the hard work.
