What is it about people freaking out about food orders?

It’s a weaker point of fracture.

It’s not just food orders, but fast food/convenience food orders. So it’s a situation in which people have to wait in line, are hungry/stressed/maybe are watching the clock. But (I think, more important) it’s also a situation where people have been taught that fast food workers are stupid, unskilled, and less-than other workers. There’s a sense of license that you can get extremely angry and behave badly towards them because they have no power and no status.
