Not really. Charles I’s mother was Anne of Denmark, whose descent was almost entirely Danish and German (except for a “Polish” great-great-grandmother), his wife was Henrietta Maria of France, who was mainly French and Italian by blood (except, again, for a “Bohemian” g-g-m).

But since 17th-Century royalty almost invariably had little-to-no “native” blood in them, it shouldn’t much count against her…

D’oh yeah that was stupid of me. I keep on forgetting that with monarchs. Wasn’t tehre someone who marreid an Anne of Bohemia though or maybe one of the Stuarts married a Bohemian monarch.
