Not if he ever wanted to work as a lawyer again. He would be disbarred for releasing confidential information in an ongoing Congressionally sanctioned government investigation.

It doesn’t get much worse than that.

I wouldn’t call Mueller’s investigation Congressionally sanctioned. Congressionally condoned at best.
