and medical professionals doesnt even mean doctors, let alone specialists

And it is the same wording the Republican use about health insurance about preexisting conditions.

You have access to health insurance…we guarantee that. We can’t guarantee you can afford it, but hey…what do you want us to do?

Unlike the ACA where it was stated the insurance companies cannot charge you more for those preexisting conditions.

Conclusion: Republicans are scum and they use weasel words to sound good to the rubes that are not smart enough to look at those words and figure out what they really mean.

The rubes vote for them…we all get screwed.

Fuck the Republicans and fuck the rubes.
