After telling him his dogs killed my dog she told him he had two choices. His response was “I’ll pay the bill.” She said money wasn’t the issue and his choices were give the dogs up to be euthanized or face the judge and get banned for owning a dog forever.

It hurts to see three dogs dead due to the irresponsibility of an owner. I would prefer to see that “or” be an “and” so that he isn’t responsible for the deaths of more dogs, including his own.
