But now that a civilian plane got shot down, it’s Obama’s fault or at least a chance to smear him while the bodies are still burning in Ukraine.

The “constitutional conservative” history buff I’ve known since high school posted this on his FB page the other day:

“Mr. Putin, I do respect your decision. When you said the inhumane tragedy of the flight, you will investigate, you will apprehend those responsible, whoever they are, and that they will soon learn what misery is, I do believe you will. History has shown KGB tactics to be very effective in matters like this.”

I wasn’t quite sure how to interpret that.
