That is a hell of a lot of extra mass, manpower, and acreage required to do what Space X has already accomplished with remotely recoverable primary stages. Probably saves something by using Aviation Fuel instead of liquid rocket propellant but I can’t help but feel like this thing is obsolescent right out of the box.

Space X’s rockets are only reusable 10-20 times. I haven’t looked into the stratolaunch at all, but am assuming it essentially replaces the first rocket stage. If that is the case, over time I could see where it could be more cost effective than even space X.
