I don’t think burn-burner lady is a lefty plant, but she may have been spontaneously mocking Mr. Brainwash, her disclaimer not withstanding. Note the casual tone of her admonition, she sounds almost facetious in making it. I think she is more amateur comedian than conspiracy kook.
Even so, there is no doubt at all that Brainwash is serious, with all the arrogance and zealotry of the truly deranged. If he were a lone nut this would be merely be amusing if ultimately rather sad, but this kind of insanity has a substantial following, especially in small business circles.

There is some bad craziness loose on the right and LGF is increasingly an oasis of sanity.
