Jindal does seem to be redeeming himself a bit, with this spill crisis.

This sort of thing is exactly what Jindal handles really well - unfortunately, it’s the ONLY type of thing Jindal handles really well. You can’t run a government with no abilities except the ability to handle a crisis, because a crisis won’t necessarily happen on your watch, one would hope.
